About our CEO

 

Tiá Jones, MBA is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida. She is acclaimed as an Internet guru and specializes in operations management by creating productivity tools and reengineering processes.

Her passion for entrepreneurship and love of teaching set the foundation for New Legacy Services.  Her goal is to follow the principal of Ujima. Ujima in Swahili means "Collective Work & Responsibility."    She believes that by utilizing the talents and strengths of the community, we can create generational wealth for years to come. 

Tiá is also a blogger and creator of  The Hostess Chick a pseudo mommy blog catering to working women.  She is also the managing editor and the web mistress for SistersSpace the fastest growing online community for women of color.

A sought after speaker, Tiá recently spoke at  the National Black Female Development Circle Conference in February 2009.
